Maxie Lee Ryles III (born March 29, 1990) was born in New York City, United States. He is an American rapper. He is professionally known as Fivio Foreign. He gained prominence in 2019 with the release of his hit single "Big Drip," which later received a remix featuring Lil Baby and Quavo. Ryles is currently signed to Mase's RichFish Records and Columbia Records.

The breakthrough single "Big Drip" was part of Ryles' EPs Pain and Love and 800 B.C, which were released in 2019. The song helped him gain a massive fan following, leading to his signing a $750,000 record deal with Columbia Records in collaboration with Mase's RichFish Records.

In May 2020, Ryles's career reached new heights when he earned his first two Billboard-charting singles with features on Drake's "Demons" and Lil Tjay's "Zoo York." That same month, Ryles launched the non-profit organization Foreignside Foundation, aimed at providing beneficial resources and programs for at-risk youth, the homeless, current and former gang-affiliated individuals, and incarcerated individuals.

The rapper's accomplishments continued in 2020, where he was included in XXL's 2020 Freshman Class. He also featured on several songs by other artists such as Nas' "Spicy," Tory Lanez's "K Lo K," French Montana's "That's a Fact (Remix)," and King Von's "I Am What I Am." In November 2020, he released the single "Trust," followed by the Christmas song "Baddie on My Wish List" in December as part of Apple Music's Carols Covered holiday project.

In 2021, Ryles made notable appearances on Kanye West's Donda, featuring on the songs "Off the Grid" alongside Playboi Carti and "Ok Ok" alongside Lil Yachty and Rooga. On February 11, 2022, he released the lead single "City of Gods" with Kanye West and Alicia Keys, dedicated to his late friend T-Dott Woo, from his debut album B.I.B.L.E. The album was initially scheduled to release on March 25, 2022, but was eventually pushed back to April 8, 2022. On March 18, he released the album's second single, "Magic City," featuring Quavo. B.I.B.L.E. features collaborations with A$AP Rocky, Polo G, Lil Yachty, Lil Tjay, and more, and debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200 chart, with 29,000 equivalent album units derived from 37.75 million streams, but only 1,000 pure album sales.

In April 2022, Ryles engaged in a social media spat with fellow Brooklyn rapper 6ix9ine, boasting about the success of B.I.B.L.E. compared to 6ix9ine's TattleTales album. In July 2022, Ryles revealed in an interview that he was signed to RichFish Records for only $5,000 and was still under the deal. Despite this, Ryles has achieved remarkable success in the rap industry and continues to impress fans and critics alike with his musical prowess.
