Asees Kaur (born September 26, 1988) was born in Panipat, Haryana, India. She is an Indian singer. Kaur was always passionate about singing and started singing Gurbani at the young age of 5. She aspired to become a playback singer and participated in various singing reality shows including Indian Idol and Awaz Punjab Di, where she showcased her remarkable talent and impressed the judges and audience alike.

Kaur made her Bollywood debut with the song "Dildara Reprise" from Tamanchey and since then, there has been no looking back.
